Yesterday's T&F event was a great success, thanks to the amazing helpers who worked tirelessly to ensure that everything ran as smoothly as possible.That's why I am reaching out to all of you today. We are currently looking for someone to assist Chris with his coaching sessions, with the foundation group. The group needs to practice Run, Jumps, and Throws on a weekly basis to keep up with other clubs. It's very hard to coach and setup all the equipment to be able to do jumps and throw during the week. If you regularly attend these sessions, we have opportunity for you. We are offering a free course to anyone who wants to become a coaching assistant and help Chris and the rest of the group.
